Robert Campbell

Robert, his wife, Julie, and their children, Caleb and Meg, moved to Santa Margarita to join God and SMCC as our Senior Pastor in 2008. He teaches us God’s Word and walks with us out into the community to serve and love. Robert holds degrees from Biola University, the Master’s Seminary, and Trinity Western University. He speaks and writes on pastoral topics and especially enjoys addressing issues of creation care.

Paul Bautts

Paul joined SMCC as our Associate Pastor in March 2017. He and his wife, Diane, have two adult children: a son in Anaheim and a daughter in Atascadero. Paul has served in a variety of pastoral roles for 35+ years, including 14 in Grover Beach. He has degrees from Fresno Pacific University and Talbot School of Theology. Paul and Diane are so happy to be back on the Central Coast and serving in a smaller church again.

Karin Taylor

Karin lives in Templeton, CA with her husband, Bob. They have three adult children: Luke, Benjamin and Ann, dozens of “exchange-student children” from Japan, Vietnam, Taiwan and China as well as a few “God children” from the US. She oversees our mission and outreach teams and equips our women to study God’s Word. Karin holds degrees from Pomona College, Azusa Pacific University and Fuller Theological Seminary's School of Intercultural Studies.
