The most important questions for a Pastor to ask on Sabbatical is the question that Jesus asked Peter in John 21, "Do you love me more than these?"
This is actually the most important question a church can ask in all things.
When we love Jesus first and rightly, it gives us a people rightly. It gives a local church - the best people in the world.
