The One Who Sits in Heaven Laughs
Matthew 6:9-13

When it is obvious that the state of things is beyond the control of our rulers, Jesus is teaching us to pray for His good rule to come to the whole earth. In order to make the world whole, let us pray that God's rule will come through His will being done in His church. In other words, the church shines like a light on a hill when we joyfully submit to His rule.
