Romans 5:12-21

During the season of Advent the church prepares for the feast of Christmas. We prepare our homes, we prepare our meals and we prepare our hearts. The aim is that we will be ready to put down our preparations and simply enjoy the feast day when it finally arrives. Today, we begin to prepare our hearts by celebrating how much better Christ's rule is than Adam's and how He restores the purpose of our true humanity.
