Ephesians 1:16-23

On Good Friday, we remember Christ's humiliation; His stepping down to become man and further down to die. This morning, we celebrate Christ's exaltation; His return to the right hand of God where He rules all things in heaven and on earth.

Easter is good news because we arrive in a world disordered from the perspective of earth and we leave having been re-ordered when we gain the perspective of heaven.
