A sermon on Nehemiah chapter 10.

Sin is an obstacle to understanding, joy and prosperity (the blessed life, the good life that comes from obedience). When we understand the Word, we understand that we are sinners. Sin builds walls between me and God and between me and you, between me and joy and prosperity.

In light of the free grace we have received in Jesus, the better Nehemiah, we are to confess our sin and confess our faith.
