God’s Good Creation Camp connects children’s faith with God’s good creation. The camp follows a four-year curriculum with Bible lessons, singing, hands-on activities, games, crafts, snacks and visits from special guests such as the Educated Gardener, Audubon, and Pacific Wildlife Care. This summer we will be in year three of our curriculum.

Year 1: God’s Good Place
Campers learn that God put them and many other things in this place at this time. They spend the week discovering our local watershed, plants, insects and animals.

Year 2: God’s Good Purpose
Campers find out how the things God created work. They learn about water and carbon cycles, photo-synthesis, insect body structure, ruminant digestive systems and more.

Year 3: God’s Good Provision
Campers see God’s wisdom in how He designed His good creation to be interdependent.

Year 4: God’s Good Plan
Campers consider the effects of the Fall on creation. They learn the effects of drought and fire on our watershed, plants, bats and animals and consider how to help this dry place flourish and glorify God.

Every year
God’s Good Creation Camp closes with lunch and a short program that the campers
prepare for their families to share some of what they learned at camp.
